You’ll receive the gift card by email within 72 hours of your purchase, ready to print or forward to whoever you like.
Choose your amount
Send a bank transfer for the amount you’d like to gift to the account ES39 0049 5563 5829 1606 0253, or via Bizum to (+34) 600 00 00 00. Minimum amount: €50.
Send us the receipt
Please send the transfer confirmation to okinawajapaneseolivar@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to (+34) 604 164 540. Make sure to include the recipient’s contact details for the gift card.
Receive your gift voucher
Once we’ve verified the payment, we’ll email the gift card directly to the address you provided.
Redeem your gift card
When the recipient is ready to redeem, they should email okinawajapaneseolivar@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to (+34) 604 164 540, attaching the gift card to make a reservation.
How it works
With our gift card, you can treat your friends and loved ones to the perfect opportunity to enjoy the best of Japanese cuisine in Palma, either at our restaurant in the Mercat de l’Olivar or wherever you like with our take-away service. Our gift cards are valid on all open days and can be redeemed subject to reservation availability.
Gift Card Details
Our gift cards have a minimum value of €50 and can be redeemed with a prior reservation. You can find the full terms and conditions further below.
Payment Method
At the moment, we only accept payments via bank transfer or Bizum.
For your convenience, you can choose the amount you’d like to spend on the gift card — starting from €50 — so it perfectly fits your needs and budget. Give the gift of an unforgettable experience at Okinawa Japanese, for the amount you prefer.

Terms and conditions
Gift Card Validity
- The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- The card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reservations & Availability
- A prior reservation is required by calling the restaurant at (+34) 604 164 540.
- Table availability depends on the restaurant’s capacity at the time of booking.
- The gift card can only be redeemed if a table is available. If not, an alternative date will be offered to the guest.
Using the Gift Card
- When the recipient wishes to redeem the gift card, they must send an email to okinawajapaneseolivar@gmail.com attaching the card and requesting to use it.
- Upon arrival at the restaurant, the recipient must present either a printed or digital copy of the gift card for validation.
- Once redeemed, the card will be marked as used.
- If the total value of the gift card is not used in a single visit, the remaining balance will be sent by email in the form of another gift card for future visits.
Exceptions & Restrictions
- The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment under any circumstances.
Liability & Cancellations
- Okinawa Japanese is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the gift card.
In case of cancellation, guests are kindly asked to notify the restaurant as early as possible.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
- The restaurant reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, providing appropriate notice of any changes.
